ORIENTATION + NEXT ACTION
The site follows the learner’s task first.

The opening establishes a useful relationship immediately: understand what someone is trying to do, offer concrete paths, and make the next action legible.
HEN · ZERO-TO-ONE PRODUCT + BRAND ECOSYSTEM
HEN had strong ideas but no clear way for them to fit together. I defined what the product should promise learners, then used that idea to connect the identity, site, dashboard, decision tools, editorial voice, and team resources.

SCALE
IDENTITY AS A FLEXIBLE OPERATING SYSTEM
The system pairs a credible navy foundation with direct aqua and coral accents, a clear typographic voice, and a flexible mark. It can sit comfortably in a formal partner deck or a warm learner moment without becoming a different brand.

THE WEBSITE MADE THE PROMISE CONCRETE
The public site explains what HEN is, shows how its guidance works, and gives learners and partners a clear view of the network.
ORIENTATION + NEXT ACTION

The opening establishes a useful relationship immediately: understand what someone is trying to do, offer concrete paths, and make the next action legible.
MEMORY + CONTINUITY

The product remembers schools, cost questions, and progress between visits, so learners do not have to start over each time.
THE BRAND BECAME A PRODUCT RELATIONSHIP
The dashboard starts with the learner’s current situation: what matters, what they have already done, what is still unclear, and what decision comes next. It turns a collection of resources into an ongoing plan.

Preserve schools, questions, estimates, preferences, and progress across sessions.
Change recommendations as goals, constraints, and confidence become clearer.
Break a consequential journey into visible steps and concrete next actions.
Ask before sharing information or connecting someone with a school.
A HELPER SYSTEM FOR HIGH-FRICTION MOMENTS
Henrietta has a job in the product. Her expression and copy change when the learner needs orientation, reassurance, a prompt, or a small acknowledgement of progress.

PRODUCT SYSTEM + TEAM ENABLEMENT
Approved logo hierarchy, color scales, type, spacing, motion, and usage rules.
Original wave texture, animated gradient, and approved social applications.
Co-branding and powered-by rules preserve clear hierarchy.
A living source for approved assets, examples, and downloads.
THE OUTCOME
The identity, product, editorial work, and team resources all point to the same promise: help learners understand their options and know what to do next.
