HEN · ZERO-TO-ONE PRODUCT + BRAND ECOSYSTEM

Turning a fragmented education portfoliointo a brand people could navigate—and trust.

HEN had strong ideas but no clear way for them to fit together. I defined what the product should promise learners, then used that idea to connect the identity, site, dashboard, decision tools, editorial voice, and team resources.

IDENTITY AS A FLEXIBLE OPERATING SYSTEM

The identity needed authoritywithout institutional distance.

The system pairs a credible navy foundation with direct aqua and coral accents, a clear typographic voice, and a flexible mark. It can sit comfortably in a formal partner deck or a warm learner moment without becoming a different brand.

THE WEBSITE MADE THE PROMISE CONCRETE

Clarity was expressed throughstructure, language, and useful next steps.

The public site explains what HEN is, shows how its guidance works, and gives learners and partners a clear view of the network.

ORIENTATION + NEXT ACTION

The site follows the learner’s task first.

Original HEN public website

The opening establishes a useful relationship immediately: understand what someone is trying to do, offer concrete paths, and make the next action legible.

MEMORY + CONTINUITY

The public promise carries into an ongoing home base.

Guided HEN content architecture

The product remembers schools, cost questions, and progress between visits, so learners do not have to start over each time.

THE BRAND BECAME A PRODUCT RELATIONSHIP

The learner dashboard gives the ecosystemmemory, direction, and continuity.

The dashboard starts with the learner’s current situation: what matters, what they have already done, what is still unclear, and what decision comes next. It turns a collection of resources into an ongoing plan.
